Dawn Ballard has been a member of our team since 1995 . She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 1993 with a Bachelor of Physical Education. Dawn takes care of all patient scheduling. She has held various positions in the practice over the years. Dawn has a daughter named Chloe. Her hobbies include bowling and spending time with her daughter.
