The 'temporaries' are also trial teeth, During the first 48 hours after we place the temporaries it is your job to critique the overall shape and contour of the trial teeth.
We make the temporaries from a template of a complex wax up that the laboratory or I create to ideal shape and contour for your new smile. You can help us to more individualize your smile by making suggestions of small changes you feel may help to make your smile more 'you'.
But you must call us and make these suggestions in the first 48 hours so the laboratory has time to incorporate those changes into your smile for you.
